i felt like blogging..

but before i got started, this article caught my eye.. i'm sorry to say (esp to mab and kel) lance is gay!! okay.. that explains alot.. just like it explained alot for mark westlife that time.. guess you guys can talk to de about how upsetting it is.. i'm sure she'll understand.. btw, did you already know..?

oh well, besides being upset about leaving my dear home in tampines-our-best-home, i've been reading tuesdays with morrie.. alot of what he says are so true.. but if only people would listen.. actually i think, alot of what he says, people know.. but they choose to ignore..

i feel that that's the case for many things in life.. we know alot.. but we choose to ignore.. it's the same for many things, big or small.. for example, we know that we have to eat healthily or we'll die young.. but we ignore.. we know that we have to treasure our loved ones cuz you'll never know what will happen tomorrow.. but we ignore (or in this case, don't put in effort).. we know we have to study a little everyday so that we won't have to cram at the end.. but we ignore.. so many things.. though true and real.. we don't bother to see the real-ness of it.. in fact we try to avoid seeing it so that we can do whatever we feel like doing..

similarly, in the spiritual sense, i know that death will come anytime.. but yet am i ready for it..? why am i not..? what am i waiting for..? the sad truth is that i'm ignoring it..

on to happier things.. we had an exciting hotel stay at changi village hotel.. to celebrate joyce's birthday and mab's and kel's extremely belated birthdays.. shall not go into detail.. but.. this is my favourite pic that has everyone in it (well, almost everyone (: )

i also went to watch pirates of the caribbean with some of my fellow psychotics.. we went to the cathay at dhoby ghaut.. i've never been there before this.. the place is almost empty for now.. just a few shops here and there.. the show was not bad for a weekday ticket.. haha.. and just to let all those don't know know, there's a short clip after the credits.. so do stay back for it.. it's err.. i shall not say.. let me not spoil your surprise.. just go watch it and tell me what you think okay..? anyway.. here's a pic of the girls at the ben and jerry's in that building (whatever you call it).. we were umm.. trying to stick our heads together.. hahaha..

okay.. i better go and sleep now.. so jealous that the arts people can plan their timetable already.. i still have to wait to see what core modules i have first.. (according to henry).. anyway.. it has it's pros and cons.. :)
